Sameng provides a number of land development services to residential, commercial, industrial developers and land owners, from individual lots to the development of entire subdivisions. Sameng provides the following land development services:
- Servicing Plan and Design: development feasibility studies; subdivision/site layout; planning and design of deep utilities including stormwater, wastewater and potable water, as well as shallow and above ground utilities; roadway design; identification of connections to existing systems including impacts.
- Site Grading Design: subdivision grading plans, lot grading plans.
- Stormwater Management Facility Design: design of stormwater management facilities that meet local requirements for water quantity and quality control, including landscaping design, control structures, and emergency overflow provisions.
- Outfall: location, and design.
- Reporting: preparation, coordination and support for Neighbourhood Design Reports and Area Structure Plan applications.
- Subdivision Plans Review: review of developer’s subdivision plans on behalf of municipalities.
